Returns, refunds and authorization
The return window, eligibility, authorization requirements, return shipping responsibility, fees and refund timing have not yet been finalized. Contact us before requesting a return. Do not send equipment to the Columbus warehouse without written return instructions; an authorized return address has not been established. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.
Damage or incorrect items
Contact us with the order details and photographs of the product and packaging where available. Keep the packaging until you receive instructions. Your request will be reviewed; submission is not automatic approval.
